I found it fairly good, although I had to buy an alternative as Doctor's Best was continually sold out. The grains are somewhat large, but I saved them and noted the ingredients. I began taking Lutein as my eyes were tired and likely suffering from conjunctivitis. If I don’t drink heavily (chuckles), my eyes would be red from the morning! Thankfully, the discomfort has disappeared. The tiredness I often felt in the evenings is now greatly alleviated. Interestingly, my astigmatism seems corrected, which might be due to the onset of presbyopia at 45. I discovered this during a measurement at the optician's.
